What a journey the last few weeks have been. I have been blown away by your love and support. There were many evenings, where I laid in bed shocked at the responses from you all. Some of you shared your own stories of hurt with me.  Some of you reached out to ask for help on how to move past the pain. I am humbled. Forgiveness is such a beautiful thing. Once you truly embrace forgiveness you are giving yourself permission to live again. When you choose to forgive someone for the wrong they’ve committed, you are releasing yourself from the cycle of pain. This was something I would need to learn and embrace.
